Government Description
The purpose is to award a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract pursuant to the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program phase III to develop a Bandwidth Virtualization (BV) prototype that supports the basic existing functionality and supporting other requirements with the technology. Includes the enhancement and maturation of bandwidth virtualization technology, as well as installation, integration, and testing of BV systems. Additional efforts involve BV seeker software development, integration, and testing, along with other services related to bandwidth virtualization.
