Overview
Government Description
To procure hardware procurements, repair services, engineering support and software development services of the an/ARC-231/a multi-Mode Aviation Radio Suite (MARS) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work performed includes manufacturing an/ARC-231/a MARS hardware components such as RT-1808A, RT-1987, C-12601 remote indicator, C-12608 and C-12609 fill panels, AM-7565 and AM-7668 rf amplifiers, AM-7566 and AM-7667 pre-amplifiers, MT-7321 rt MT+kab, keep alive battery box, MT-7166 and MT-7168 mounting bases, TC-100L, AM-7529 radio frequency amplifier, and battery. Tasks also include repair services for an/ARC-231/a MARS equipment, engineering support for system integration, software and hardware updates/upgrades, equipment training, study/analysis, testing, obsolescence management, and operational demonstration support. Additional work involves procurement and repair of specific components such as AM-7565 high power amplifier, RT-1987 radios, control indicators, and support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.
