Government Description
Follow-on production contract with four one-year ordering periods to procure M172A2 trailer Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) quantities, Production Verification Testing (PVT), Test Service Representative (TSR) support, logistics products, Authorized Stockage List (ASL) packages, advanced manufacturing technical data, and M172A2 Full Rate Production (FRP) trailer quantities. The M172A2 trailer is produced in support of the Family of Heavy Tactical Vehicles (FHTV) and is designed to transport Engineering Construction Equipment (ECE), miscellaneous equipment, disabled equipment, and construction materials for tactical use on various road types and trails. The trailers are transportable by highway, rail, marine, and air modes. The contract includes procurement of trailers for OY3 and OY4.
