Government Description
STRYKER SUSTAINMENT SERVICES PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR THE SUSTAINMENT OF THE STRYKER FAMILY OF VEHICLES. WORK PERFORMED INCLUDES FIELD LEVEL MAINTENANCE (FLM), FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FSR) SUPPORT, CONTINGENCY MAINTENANCE SUPPORT, NEW EQUIPMENT TRAINING (NET), TOTAL PACKAGE FIELDING, AND BOTH SCHEDULED AND UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. ADDITIONAL TASKS INCLUDE OPERATOR AND FIELD LEVEL MAINTENANCE TRAINING, FIELDING AND DEPROCESSING ACTIVITIES, AND ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER (OEM) MAINTENANCE. SUPPORT IS PROVIDED FOR BOTH U.S. AND FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS) CUSTOMERS, INCLUDING MISSION SUPPORT AND TRAINING FOR UKRAINE.
