THIS 1 YEAR REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT IS FOR THE UPGRADE OF AN ESTIMATED 215 STRYKER FLAT BOTTOM VEHICLES TO THE DOUBLE-V HULL ENGINEERING CHANGE PROPOSAL 1 (ECP1) CONFIGURATION. THE ECP1 UPGRADES WILL RESTORE MOBILITY AND ENSURE STRYKER VEHICLES ARE ABLE TO ACCEPT FUTURE ARMY NETWORK COMPONENTS.

Oct 2016: General Dynamics Land Systems Inc., Sterling Heights, Michigan, was awarded a $508,709,732 firm-fixed-price contract for the upgrade of an estimated 215 Stryker flat bottom vehicles to the double-V hull engineering change proposal one configuration. The upgrades will restore mobility and ensure Stryker vehicles are able to accept future Army network components. Bids were solicited via the Internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of April 30, 2019.
