THIS 1 YEAR REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT IS FOR THE UPGRADE OF AN ESTIMATED 215 STRYKER FLAT BOTTOM VEHICLES TO THE DOUBLE-V HULL
ENGINEERING CHANGE PROPOSAL 1 (ECP1) CONFIGURATION. THE ECP1 UPGRADES WILL RESTORE MOBILITY AND ENSURE STRYKER VEHICLES ARE
ABLE TO ACCEPT FUTURE ARMY NETWORK COMPONENTS.
