SOLICITATION W51DQV-25-D-A001 IS FOR NON-PERSONAL QA SERVICES. CONTRACTOR IS ACCOUNTABLE TO THE GOVERNMENT, NOT SUPERVISED BY IT. NO A-E, DESIGN, BROOKS ACT, OR INHERENTLY GOVERNMENTAL FUNCTIONS. NO MANAGING OR EVALUATING OTHER CONTRACTORS. PROVIDES QUALITY ASSURANCE SERVICES FOR CIVIL WORKS, INTERAGENCY AND INTERNATIONAL SERVICES (IIS), AND MILITARY CONSTRUCTION (MILCON) PROJECTS IN PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF TF VIPR, INCLUDING ASSESSMENT AND MONITORING OF COMPLIANCE WITH PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, REVIEW OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS AND SUBMITTALS, CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION OF DAMS, LEVEES, DIKES, BERMS, FLOOD CONTROL GATES, PUMP STATIONS, AND ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL WORKS, AS WELL AS LABORATORY ANALYSIS OF SOIL, CONCRETE, AND WATER SAMPLES. WORK INCLUDES INSPECTION, TESTING, DOCUMENTATION OF FINDINGS, REPORTING ON CONSTRUCTION SAFETY, AND REVIEW OF RECORDS ASSOCIATED WITH CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES FOR NAVIGATION, FLOOD CONTROL, SHORE PROTECTION, RECREATION, MILITARY AND FEDERAL FACILITIES, WATER TREATMENT, AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESTORATION PROJECTS.
