Direct, Sole Source Award To Oem for An Enterprise Agreement (EA) For Salesforce Products and Outcome-Based Professional Services To Support the Department Of War (DOW). The agreement provides the full suite of Salesforce software licenses and support, including software maintenance, renewal subscriptions, SAAS renewals, advisory services, and outcome-based professional services to enable implementation and operational outcomes across the DOW. The decentralized Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) structure allows for flexible procurement of licenses and services as needed to support evolving requirements throughout the department of war.
