AMMONIUM PERCHLORATE CHEMICAL INGREDIENT REQUIREMENT FOR MCALESTER ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT. THE CONTRACT INVOLVES SUPPLYING AP, A WHITE GRANULAR CRYSTALLINE SOLID WITH MINIMUM 98.0% PURITY, CONTAINING 0.2% TRICALCIUM PHOSPHATE AS A CONDITIONER AND NOMINAL PARTICLE SIZE OF 200 MICRONS, PACKAGED IN 500-POUND CONTAINERS. AP MUST MEET MIL-DTL-32103A AND WS 18485A SPECIFICATIONS FOR USE IN PBX EXPLOSIVES, AND EACH DELIVERY MUST INCLUDE A PACKING LIST, CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE, CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS, MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS (MSDS), AND HAZARDOUS WARNING LABEL. DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO DESIGNATED GOVERNMENT LOCATIONS AS SPECIFIED IN THE CONTRACT.
