Polybutadiene (R45 HTLO) for MCAAP production. The work involves supplying 590,400 pounds of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene, liquid type II (R45 HTLO), in accordance with military specification MIL-DTL-82886B, MCAAP pamphlet 702-13, and ws 23148D. The contractor must provide a certificate of analysis (COA), certificate of conformance (COC), and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) with each quote and delivery, including details such as manufacturer name, product description, specification, lot/batch number, manufacture date, expiration/re-inspection date, and analytical data.
