5 YEAR, PERFORMANCE BASED, COST PLUS FIXED FEE, INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR THE AVIATION, MISSILE, RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, AND ENGINEERING CENTER (AMRDEC) SYSTEM SIMULATION DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORATE (SSDD) DEVELOPMENT, OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT (DOMS), MISSILE ELEMENT SIMULATION (MES) 2. THIS IS A NEW FOLLOW ON CONTRACT TO SUPPORT SSDD'S REQUIREMENT TO ENHANCE AND MAINTAIN ITS CURRENT SUITE OF MISSILE MODELING SIMULATION, HARDWARE-IN-THE-LOOP AND PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES.
