5 YEAR, PERFORMANCE BASED, COST PLUS FIXED FEE, INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR THE AVIATION, MISSILE, RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, AND ENGINEERING CENTER (AMRDEC) SYSTEM SIMULATION DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORATE (SSDD) DEVELOPMENT, OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT (DOMS), MISSILE ELEMENT SIMULATION (MES) 2.
