Government Description
CONTRACT W15QKN-19-D-0042 IS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PERSONNEL LIFE-CYCLE SUPPORT (PLS) FOR THE UNITED STATES ARMY, TO INCLUDE THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) AND OTHER FEDERAL AGENCIES, UNDER A MULTIPLE AWARD INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (MA IDIQ) CONTRACT. THE OBJECTIVES OF THE RESULTING CONTRACTS ARE TO OBTAIN QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR ENTERPRISE LEVEL HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) SERVICES FOR THE DOD PROGRAMS AND SYSTEMS. THERE IS NO DEVELOPMENTAL WORK (SEE FAR 35.001) OR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) WORK REQUIREMENTS OTHER THAN THOSE THAT ARE INCIDENTAL TO COMPLETING THE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED WITHIN THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT PWS, LOCATED AT SECTION J, AND FURTHER DEFINED IN INDIVIDUAL TASK ORDERS (TOS).
