CONTRACT IS FOR THE PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICER FOR COMMAND, CONTROL, COMMUNICATIONS&TACTICAL (PEO-C3T), PROJECT MANAGER FOR TACTICAL RADIOS (PM-TR), PRODUCT MANAGER HANDHELD, MANPACK, AND SMALL FORM FIT (PDM-HMS).
