Government Description
SSA VOIP telephone system replacement project. The project involves the replacement and modernization of telephone systems across SSA locations nationwide, including procurement, installation, and maintenance of VOIP hardware and software. Includes managed services, Moves, Adds, And Changes (MAC), relocation orders, call flow enhancements, support for field offices, and integration of new technologies such as softphones, sip, foip, and private cloud solutions. Additional tasks include hardware refreshes, implementation of workforce optimization tools, network skills-based routing, and support for specialized office requirements.
