IDR ESTABLISHED FOR ACTIVE PROTECTION SYSTEM SUPPORTING THE BRADLEY FIGHTING VEHICLE. WORK PERFORMED INCLUDES PRODUCTION OF B-KIT COMPONENTS, COUNTER MUNITIONS, CALIBRATION KITS, ISRAELI AND US COUNTERMEASURES, LICENSING, CONTRACTOR LOGISTICS SUPPORT, AND CSDR REPORTING. ALL WORK SUPPORTS THE PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE GROUND COMBAT SYSTEMS, MOUNTED ARMORED VEHICLE, WITH DELIVERIES AND PERFORMANCE OCCURRING AT DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY AVIATION, REDSTONE ARSENAL, ALABAMA. GENERAL DYNAMICS – ORDNANCE AND TACTICAL SYSTEMS (GD-OTS) IS THE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACTOR FOR THIS AWARD.

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, Saco, Maine, has been awarded a minimum $383,499,743 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order (SPRRA2-25-F-0197) against a seven-year long-term, indefinite-delivery requirements contract (SPRRA2-25-D-0009) for the Bradley Fighting vehicle active protection system. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a seven-year contract with no option periods.
