Government Description
B-1 low observable radar (LOA) Performance Based Logistics (PBL) provides integrated maintenance, supply management, material support, engineering, and technical functions to ensure serviceable assets and availability levels for the B-1 Low Observable Antenna (LOA) as determined by the Air Force. Includes support for seven Depot Level Repairable (DLR) national item identification numbers (NIINS) related to the LOA system. All tasks are performed under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) PBL structure.
