This item is a commercial cylinder head used on detuned 6.5L internal combustion engines that replace the 6.2L motor previously installed in High Mobility Multi-Purpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWV), including base, A1 series, A2, M1121, and M1123 models. Only am general llc (cage 34623; P/N 05743222 or 10163726) and General Dynamics european land systems (cage S3002; P/N 0725308) have the technical and engineering expertise to provide these supplies and services. Qualification testing and evaluation is required to become an approved source for this part.
