SRI International, Menlo Park, California, has been awarded a maximum $73,698,454 long-term, indefinite-delivery, cost-plus-fixed-fee, requirements contract for advanced microcircuit emulation improvement program. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) and 3204 (a)(3), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 and 6.302-3. This is a five-year base contract with one four-month option period. Location of performance is New Jersey, with a Jan. 31, 2031, performance completion date.
