SRI International, Menlo Park, California, has been awarded a maximum $87,707,816 long-term, indefinite-delivery, hybrid cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract for the generalized emulation of microcircuits production program. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a five-year contract with one six-month option period. Locations of performance are New Jersey and California, with a Jan. 31, 2024, performance completion date. Using military services are Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps.
