Government Description
This award is for the long-term supply of National Stock Number (NSN) 1005-01-505-1035, identified as bolt, breech. The work involves manufacturing the item in accordance with a government-owned Technical Data Package (TDP), including compliance with phosphate coating requirements IAW MIL-STD-171, MIL-DTL-16232, and TT-C-490 types I, II, and V, with the coating process certified to the nadcap standard by the Performance Review Institute (PRI). The contractor is required to complete a first article test, meet itar and arms export control act requirements, and ensure security measures for security risk category II and IV items.
