THE REQUIRED ITEMS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL TECHNICAL AND QUALITY REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED IN THE PROCUREMENT ITEM DESCRIPTION (PID), AND OFFERORS MUST ENSURE PRODUCTS MEET THE STANDARDS OF MIL-STD-2073-1E FOR MILITARY PACKAGING AND MIL-STD-129 FOR MARKING. TECHNICAL DATA ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NSN IS SUBJECT TO EXPORT-CONTROL REGULATIONS (ITAR/EAR), AND ACCESS IS LIMITED TO CONTRACTORS WITH APPROVED US/CANADA JCP CERTIFICATION AND PROPER TRAINING. COMPANIES WISHING TO BECOME APPROVED SOURCES MUST SUBMIT SOURCE APPROVAL REQUEST (SAR) DEMONSTRATING THEIR ABILITY TO MANUFACTURE THE PRODUCT TO THE REQUIRED QUALITY STANDARDS.
