THE ITEM IS REQUIRED AS A SPARE PART THAT IS FORM, FIT, AND FUNCTIONALLY INTERCHANGEABLE WITH THOSE CURRENTLY USED ON THE SUPPORTED END ITEM OR WEAPON SYSTEM, AND IS RESTRICTED TO APPROVED SOURCES DUE TO TECHNICAL DATA LIMITATIONS.
