4610124878 COVERS THE SUPPLY OF BATTERIES (NSN 6135-01-214-6441 AND 6135-01-447-5083) UNDER FIRM-FIXED PRICE, INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR PART 12 PROCEDURES. BATTERIES WILL BE SHIPPED TO VARIOUS MILITARY DEPOT LOCATIONS WITHIN ESTABLISHED QUANTITY LIMITS ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS, WITH DESTINATION INFORMATION SPECIFIED AS FOB DESTINATION – STOCK ONLY. THE ACQUISITION CONSOLIDATES REQUIREMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 7.107-2 AND INCLUDES PROVISIONS FOR RESPONSIBLE SOURCES TO SUBMIT OFFERS.
