TURBINE FUEL, AVIATION, JA1 IS PROVIDED UNDER THIS AWARD. THE SUPPLIED AVIATION TURBINE FUEL CONFORMS TO THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF ASTM D1655 AND, FOR EUROPEAN LOCATIONS, DEFENCE STANDARD 91-091. REQUIRED ADDITIVES SUCH AS FUEL SYSTEM ICING INHIBITOR (FSII), CORROSION INHIBITOR/LUBRICITY IMPROVER (CI/LI), AND STATIC DISSIPATER ADDITIVE (SDA) ARE INCLUDED PER CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS, AND ALL DELIVERIES MEET APPLICABLE IN-COUNTRY ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS. SYNTHETIC BLEND COMPONENTS AND CO-HYDROPROCESSED SYNTHESIZED KEROSENE ARE PERMITTED ONLY IF APPROVED BY ASTM D7566, MIL-DTL-83133, MIL-DTL-5624, AND ASTM D1655 STANDARDS.
