TURBINE FUEL, AVIATION, JAA IS BEING PROCURED FOR DELIVERY TO SUPPORT DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) ACTIVITIES AND FEDERAL CIVILIAN AGENCIES AT VARIOUS COMMERCIAL AIRPORTS. THE WORK INVOLVES SUPPLYING AND DELIVERING SPECIFIED QUANTITIES AND GRADES OF PETROLEUM FUEL PRODUCTS TO AIRPORTS ACROSS CONNECTICUT, MASSACHUSETTS, MAINE, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, VERMONT, DELAWARE, MARYLAND, NEW JERSEY, PENNSYLVANIA, VIRGINIA, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA, PUERTO RICO, VIRGIN ISLANDS, AND CANADA. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MEETING DELIVERY, INSPECTION, AND ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS, WITH ECONOMIC PRICE ADJUSTMENTS BASED ON MARKET PRICES FOR DOMESTIC INTO-PLANE FUEL.
