TURBINE FUEL, AVIATION, JAA IS BEING PROCURED FOR DELIVERY TO SUPPORT DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) ACTIVITIES AND FEDERAL CIVILIAN AGENCIES AT VARIOUS COMMERCIAL AIRPORTS ACROSS CONNECTICUT, MASSACHUSETTS, MAINE, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, VERMONT, DELAWARE, MARYLAND, NEW JERSEY, PENNSYLVANIA, VIRGINIA, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA, PUERTO RICO, VIRGIN ISLANDS, AND CANADA. THE WORK INVOLVES SUPPLYING AND DELIVERING VARIOUS GRADES AND QUANTITIES OF PETROLEUM FUEL PRODUCTS DIRECTLY INTO AIRCRAFT AT THESE LOCATIONS. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO MEET SPECIFICATIONS FOR INTO-PLANE FUELING AND ADHERE TO INSPECTION, ACCEPTANCE, AND DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS. ECONOMIC PRICE ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE APPLIED BASED ON MARKET PRICES FOR DOMESTIC INTO-PLANE FUEL.
