Government Description
Gas, natural, dry is being supplied directly to DOD and federal civilian facilities in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, and Ohio via interstate/intrastate pipelines. The contractor is responsible for placing nominations for natural gas consumption for customers behind applicable local distribution companies (LDCS) and/or directly connected to interstate pipelines, and managing customer consumption to comply with applicable balancing provisions. The contractor also acts as the nominating and balancing agent on behalf of government customers with LDCS and/or pipelines.
