Includes project management, site investigation, risk assessment, evaluation and selection of remedial alternatives, installation and construction of environmental remedial systems, Operation And Maintenance (O&M), monitoring and reporting of site environmental conditions, public involvement, records and data management, emergency response event evaluation, environmental compliance support, and environmental facility maintenance activities. The contract encompasses tasks under restoration program & management requirements, compliance program & management requirements, facility management program & management requirements, and extraordinary requirements, as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Facility Specific Appendices (FSA). Site Closure (SC) is the primary goal while restoring and maintaining the facilities in a cost-effective manner.
