4610126366 the Atlantic/Europe/Mediterranean (AEM) purchase program covers the annual bulk petroleum requirements for the atlantic, europe, and mediterranean region, including turbine fuel, aviation (JA1, JP5, JP8) and fuel, naval distillate (F76). Petroleum is delivered by tanker and pipeline, with minimum lift guarantee of 75% and requirements subject to increase during the delivery period. Portion of the F76 requirement for Defense Fuel Supply Point (DFSP) rota, Spain, will be supplied exclusively by cepsa via pipeline access to the cepsa refinery.
