THE WORK PERFORMED INCLUDES THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TURBINE FUEL, AVIATION (JAA, JA1, JP5) AND FUEL, NAVAL DISTILLATE (F76) IN LARGE QUANTITIES VIA TANKER, BARGE, TRUCK, AND PIPELINE, DEPENDING ON SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS AND LOCATIONS. APPROXIMATELY 30.81% OF THE FUEL QUANTITY IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS, WITH DELIVERIES TO LOCATIONS IN COLORADO, IDAHO, MONTANA, NEW MEXICO, TEXAS, UTAH, WYOMING, ALASKA, ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, HAWAII, NEVADA, OREGON, AND WASHINGTON.
