4610125930 the western pacific bulk fuels purchase program (WESTPAC) covers the annual bulk petroleum requirements for the western pacific and middle east regions, including naval distillate (F76), aviation turbine fuel (JP5), and aviation turbine fuel (JA1, neat and with additives). Work performed includes the supply and delivery of these fuels by tanker, shallow draft tanker, barge, tanker truck, railcar, and pipeline to designated locations. Portion of the JA1 requirement, totaling 32,329,850 U.S. Gallons, will be delivered by pipeline to Defense Fuel Supply Point (DFSP) Qatar mesaieed, with Qatar energy (or subsidiary) as the only authorized supplier for this segment.
