Turbine fuel, aviation is provided under the western pacific bulk fuels purchase program (WESTPAC) to meet annual bulk petroleum requirements for the western pacific and middle east regions. The work involves supplying aviation turbine fuel types JP5 and JA1 (neat and with additives) for delivery by tanker, shallow draft tanker, barge, tanker truck, railcar, and pipeline. A portion of the JA1 requirement, specifically 32,329,850 USG, is delivered by pipeline to the Defense Fuel Supply Point (DFSP) Qatar mesaieed, with Qatar energy as the authorized supplier within Qatar.
