THIS AWARD IS FOR THE SUPPLY OF BULK PROPELLANT, HIGH PURITY HYDRAZINE (HPH) AND HYDRAZINE WATER 70-30 (H70) FOR DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY (DLA) ENERGY AEROSPACE. THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE HPH CONFORMING TO MIL-PRF-26536G AND H70 CONFORMING TO MIL-PRF-87930C, ALONG WITH ANCILLARY SERVICES SUCH AS MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FACILITY FEE, CYLINDER RE-CERTIFICATION TESTING, EVACUATION AND PURGING OF CYLINDERS/DRUMS/CONTAINERS, AND PRECISION CLEANING TO LEVEL 100A. ADDITIONALLY, THE CONTRACTOR WILL IMPLEMENT A TRANSITION PLAN FOR MOVING APPROXIMATELY 150,000 POUNDS OF LEGACY DLA-OWNED HPH AND H70 INTO-STOCK PRODUCTS LOCATED IN WESTLAKE, LA IF THE INCUMBENT SUPPLIER IS NOT AWARDED THE FOLLOW-ON CONTRACT.
