4610123068 THE DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY ENERGY (DLA-E) AEROSPACE ENERGY BUSINESS UNIT REQUIRES DELIVERY OF AVIATOR BREATHING OXYGEN (ABO), LIQUID OXYGEN (LOA/LON), LIQUID NITROGEN (LNB/LNL/NSP/LN8/LN9), AND LIQUID ARGON (LAA) TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS IN THE U.S. SOUTHEAST REGION (PPN: 9.1B) INTO CONTRACTOR-PROVIDED AND GOVERNMENT-OWNED TANKS. THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE ALL PRODUCT, MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, MANAGEMENT, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORTATION, AND LABOR NECESSARY FOR DELIVERY OF THESE PRODUCTS F.O.B. DESTINATION TO 44 CUSTOMERS. ASSOCIATED SERVICES INCLUDE ABORTED QUANTITY, DETENTION, EQUIPMENT USAGE, EVACUATE AND PURGE CYLINDERS/DRUMS/CONTAINERS, EXPEDITED/EMERGENCY DELIVERY, FILL LINE RESTRICTION ORIFICE, INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT, TANK HOT FILL, AND TANK USAGE.
