Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Connecticut (SPE4AX-25-D-9409, $352,832,508); and Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Connecticut (SPE4AX-25-D-9408, $66,760,544), have each been awarded a firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract awarded under solicitation SPE4AX-24-R-0025 for H-60 and H-53 aircraft spare parts support. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulations 6.302-1.
