Produce. This award provides a full-line of fresh fruits and vegetables for Department of Defense (DOD) troop customers, non-DOD USDA school, and reservation customers located in North Dakota and South Dakota. The contractor is required to possess a valid Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) license and submit current USDA Good Agricultural Practices/Good Handling Practices (GAP/GHP) or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) audit reports or equivalent certifications for all places of performance. Delivery points require indefinite quantities of fresh produce throughout the contract term.
