BOOTS, HOT WEATHER PROVIDED FOR ARMY USE. THE WORK INVOLVES THE MANUFACTURE AND SUPPLY OF ARMY HW COMBAT BOOTS, COYOTE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-DTL-32237C, WITH PRODUCTION LEAD TIME OF 150 DAYS AND DELIVERY TO THE PENDERGRASS DISTRIBUTION CENTER IN GEORGIA. THE BOOTS MUST COMPLY WITH THE BERRY AMENDMENT AND BUY AMERICAN ACT, AND INCLUDE SPECIAL MEASUREMENTS ACROSS THREE CONTRACT LOTS WITH SPECIFIED QUANTITIES. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OCCUR AT ORIGIN, WITH F.O.B. DESTINATION.
