NIOBIUM METAL INGOTS ARE ACQUIRED BY THE DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY (DLA) TO SUPPORT THE NATIONAL DEFENSE STOCKPILE (NDS) AS PART OF DLA STRATEGIC MATERIALS. THE WORK PERFORMED UNDER THIS AWARD INCLUDES THE SUPPLY OF NIOBIUM METAL INGOTS AND ASSOCIATED MATERIAL TESTING AND SAMPLING, WITH ALL DELIVERIES AND INSPECTIONS CONDUCTED AT THE CONTRACTOR FACILITY. THE CONTRACT COVERS AN ESTIMATED TOTAL QUANTITY OF APPROXIMATELY 380,360.48 LBS (+/-1.0%) OVER A FIVE-YEAR ORDERING PERIOD.
