Includes providing an inventory management and monitoring solution to replace the current fuelsmanager® Defense It Infrastructure, Ensuring Complete Visibility Of All Aviation, Ground, And Missile Propellent Fuels Owned by DLA Energy and Stored at Department of Defense (DOD) military and commercial locations worldwide. Tasks performed under this award include baseline commercial application modification, testing, production delivery, software application configuration and testing, project management and oversight, software application maintenance, technical support, and asset visibility for fuel depot systems. The solution supports wholesale, retail, and aerospace facilities that receive, store, or issue DLA energy owned petroleum products.

Leidos Inc., Reston, Virginia, has been awarded a maximum $45,100,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for a fuel inventory management IT infrastructure. This was a competitive acquisition with four responses received. This is a three-year base contract with seven one-year option periods. Locations of performance are throughout the U.S., with a Sept. 30, 2025, ordering period end date. Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, National Guard and Coast Guard. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2022 through 2025 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Contracting Services Office, Columbus, Ohio (SP4702-22-D-0004).
