4610127714 the contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, PPE, licenses, permits, and supervision to perform tire recycling and disposal services at DLA disposition services locations in pendleton, san diego, barstow, lewis, san joaquin, sierra, and tucson. Tasks include removal of scrap tires within five business days of notification, mutilation of tires with demil code or Q, transportation to authorized recycling facilities in compliance with regulations, provision of enclosed trailers or containers for tire collection, documentation of weights using DLA form 1367 and certified scales, and submission of manifests and certificates of recycling/disposal to the KO within five business days after removal.
