4610124700 PROVIDES CALIBRATION, PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR RADIATION GATE MONITORS, AND TRAINING FOR PERSONNEL AT VARIOUS DLA DISPOSITION SERVICES FIELD SITES LOCATED BOTH WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (CONUS) AND OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (OCONUS). SERVICES INCLUDE PERFORMING GATE MONITOR CALIBRATION ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS, SUBMITTING DETAILED CALIBRATION REPORTS, CLEANING UP WORKSPACES, AND PROVIDING TRAINING TO USG PERSONNEL ON SETUP, CALIBRATION, AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE OF RADIATION MONITORS. ALL NECESSARY PERSONNEL, MANAGEMENT, TOOLS, AND MATERIALS ARE SUPPLIED BY THE CONTRACTOR, AND 'LOCK OUT/TAG OUT' PROCEDURES ARE CONDUCTED ON ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS PRIOR TO WORK INITIATION.
