4610132120 the contractor is responsible for the removal, transportation, incineration or other thermal treatment, and final disposal of Resource Conservation And Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous wastes, non-RCRA wastes, state-regulated wastes, non-state regulated wastes, universal wastes, compressed gases, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBS), and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from military installations in the western region of the United States or within 50-MILE radius of designated pickup locations. Tasks include pre-removal activities such as permit requirements, shipping/disposal documentation, security measures, and personnel qualifications; removal activities including spill management, segregation of hazardous waste, and loading for disposal; post-removal documentation; and disposal management of various waste types including lithium batteries, pcb-related wastes, mercury-containing wastes, and energy recovery processes. Special services provided include overpacking or loose packing, packaging for lithium batteries, and certificates of disposal or destruction, with compliance to state regulations and security requirements at government sites including dbids enrollment.
