Substantive documentation. Additional work includes providing analytical support, process design, and program management support services to assist the DLA distribution Business Development Office (BDO) in identifying, evaluating, and potentially implementing business growth strategies, including pricing strategies, customer impacts, and system changes. Tasks also involve developing pricing models to incentivize customer use of organic facilities for high volume items and allocating unfunded costs for long-term storage of dormant stock, as well as supporting the implementation of supervisor training.
