Government Description
Distribution and warehouse support services for DLA Distribution Barstow, CA (DDBC). Includes providing all management, personnel, supervision, materiel, tools, equipment, transportation, and other items and services necessary to meet the requirements of the performance work statement. Tasks performed include receiving, storage, inventory, packaging, care of supplies in storage (COSIS), stock control, stock selection, issue processing, packing, shipping, and distribution of repair parts and secondary items. Additional services include rewarehousing, overtime support to eliminate backlogs and ensure compliance prior to Warehouse Management System (WMS) deployment, and support for WMS training and related activities.
