Work to be performed provides for professional engineering services to include architectural programming, geotechnical investigation and other preliminary project documentation. Work will be performed at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast area of operations and is expected to be completed by September 2030. Fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance, (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,000 will be obligated at time of award on a task order to satisfy the minimum guarantee.
