INCLUDES ALL LABOR, OPERATIONS, SUPERVISION, MANAGEMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, TRANSPORTATION, INCIDENTAL ENGINEERING, AND OTHER ITEMS NECESSARY TO PERFORM FACILITY MANAGEMENT, FACILITY INVESTMENT, CUSTODIAL SERVICES, PEST CONTROL, INTEGRATED SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT (ISWM), GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AND LANDSCAPING, AND PAVEMENT CLEARANCE.
