Government Description
AE IDIQ for multi-discipline AE services. This contract provides comprehensive architectural-engineering services for the design of new construction, repair, replacement, demolition, renovation, alteration, and improvement of DOD facilities at various locations within the NAVFAC SE east area of operations (AOO), including Florida and Georgia. Tasks may include facility planning and project development, development of design-bid-build packages and design-build rfps, cost estimating, condition assessment, inspections (including above and underwater), surveying and mapping, soil borings, hazardous materials testing, engineering evaluations, consultations, energy computations, conceptual designs, permitting, and environmental investigation and consultation. Services may also be performed at other DOD or non-dod facilities in all NAVFAC AOO geographic locations worldwide.

Merrick-RS&H JV LLP, Greenwood Village, Colorado, is awarded a $99,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for architect-engineer design and related services. The work to be performed provides for professional engineering services for the preparation of design-bid-build documents and design-build request for proposals. Work will be performed at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast area of operations. No funds will be obligated at time of award. Fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,000 will be obligated at the time of award to satisfy the minimum guarantee and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Additional funds will be obligated on individual task orders as they are issued. This contract was competitively procured via contract opportunities on Sam.gov, with 16 offers received.
