The work performed includes facility investment services such as HVAC and refrigeration, automatic doors, fire protection, vertical transportation equipment, exhaust hoods and ducts, and water testing and treatment; pest control; and utilities management. Tasks also include fire protection assessment and repairs, as well as maintenance on equipment such as the truman annex 1352 chiller 1 amplifier board.
