Government Description
AE IDIQ for multi-discipline AE services. This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract provides for Architect-Engineer (AE) design and related professional engineering services, including preparation of design-bid-build documents and design-build requests for proposals, at various locations under the cognizance of NAVFAC southeast. Work performed includes HVAC system repairs, fire suppression system replacement, full AE design for facility recapitalization, preliminary design for rail head projects, water storage tank replacement design and Post Construction Award Services (PCAS), renovation design for multiple facilities, design assistance for road improvements, microgrid and metering improvements, electric vehicle charging station design, AE studies for cranes, air traffic control tower engineering, site engineering investigations, missile inspection building refurbishment, and post construction award services for fire alarm repairs.
