Government Description
Sea range safety surveillance provides rdt&E engineering services to the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) in support of test and evaluation and systems engineering activities related to sea based weapons systems. Includes range surveillance using the Intelligence Systems Awareness Tool (ISAT) for situational awareness, systems engineering support, systems integration including ISAT software updates and maintenance, mission support such as pre-test site surveys, test planning support including test monitoring and real-time mission support, training, management support, and reporting. The effort also covers planning, management, and implementation of support provided by USCG district 14 maritime domain awareness and the USCG HC-130J aircraft for range surveillance and clearance during sbws test events conducted at pmrf and other test ranges.
