Government Description
DILARTS PARTS, COMPONENTS & SPARES. THIS EFFORT INVOLVES THE BUILD-TO-PRINT MANUFACTURING, TESTING, AND DELIVERY, INCLUDING PACKAGING AND SHIPPING, OF DIGITAL INTEGRATED LAUNCH AND RECOVERY TELEVISION SURVEILLANCE (DILARTS) PARTS, COMPONENTS, AND INTERIM SPARES SUPPORTING CVN SHIPS IN THE PMA-251 VISUAL LANDING AID (VLA) PROGRAMS. DILARTS PROVIDES REAL-TIME CRITICAL MONITORING OF THE FLIGHT DECK, INCLUDING LOW LIGHT SURVEILLANCE, RECORDING, AND VIDEO DISTRIBUTION OF THE FLIGHT DECK AND SURROUNDING AIRSPACE TO AID IN SAFE FLIGHT OPERATIONS AND MISHAP INVESTIGATIONS ON US NAVY AIRCRAFT CARRIERS AND SURFACE SHIPS.
